Where are you located? 

theCHEECH is proudly Australian owned and operated by a family who is on a mission to give their pup a second lease on life. We work out of a small office in Adelaide, South Australia. Be sure to check out our Instagram @thecheech_au to see what our CHEECH.EO is up to! 

Due to COVID, we now have a warehouse located in Adelaide, Melbourne and Perth. This does mean if you order two or more different products, they may be shipped individually.

How good is the quality of the products? 

We have hand picked and test all our products to ensure we offer you and your fur-family the best. We have done all the worrying, so you don't have to! Our products are designed to withstand any adventure - long or short! Our mission is to create memories that last a life-time with the same quality products to match! 

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept all major forms of payment and credit cards (incl. VISA, Debit, PayPal, etc.). Unfortunately, we can't accept treats as payment - much to our CHEECH.E.O's disgust.

How much is shipping?

FREE shipping on all orders Australia-wide! 

Please note if you order two or more different products they may be shipped individually. In the event this occurs, you will receive tracking numbers for each product.

Are your products made in Australia?

Not yet, but we are working to open our very own theCHEECH factory, in hope to create more jobs in Australia and support the economy. Every purchase made puts us one step closer!
